This year the kids wanted a real tree so a day or two after Thanksgiving we bundled up to go pick one out.
James really did wear this hat. He also asked the guy to throw in some rope and put it in the car for us too.
It was a little smaller then I thought it would be when we got it home and the branches would barley hold ordainments but the kids loved it, they said it was perfect.
Jake was so excited that our elf on the shelve came that he wanted to dress up like one too.
They had so much fun picking out there own tree that I think the fake one might have seen it's last Christmas.
