The Saturday before Easter Millville city had an easter egg hunt for the kids. Jake and Zach got some eggs but were not the most aggressive for sure. We had been playing with empty easter eggs earlier that week and I don't think that they realized there was candy in these ones. Jacob was so cute he gave one of his eggs to a little girl that didn't get any and we were so proud of him. He walked up and gave it to the girl's mom and she said "You are such a nice boy thank you" Then he said "It's okay I took it from my little brother" Zach was fine though he was so excited there was candy in the eggs he didn't care about much else.

After that we went to the Cache Valley Mall's Easter hunt. We had to split up because that lines were so long. I got to be the lucky one to go with Zach who was now well aware that the eggs did indeed have candy in them. We waited outside the ropes and when the lady said we could go get the eggs he rushed in. He started grabbing everything he could see and then he spotted a twix bar, which are he and Jakes favorite. As he was leaning over to pick it up another older boy tried to grab it and Zach started hitting him with his Easter basket and his candy went everywhere. I hurried and gathered it up and we got out of there. When he got to the car he grabbed out the twix bar and wanted to give half to Jacob and eat it that second. Then we were off to Lee's to meet the Easter bunny. The kids were kinda scared of him so we didn't stay to long. It was a really fun day, long but fun.
